Job Description

Reporting to the Senior People Director, you will help our employees across Continental Europe to reach their full potential.

We're committed to promoting professional growth, offering career pathways that could lead to roles such as Senior People Partner, Culture and Engagement Senior Manager, or Regional People Lead.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Address employee relations sensitively and promptly, becoming a trusted partner for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws by adapting and implementing global policies to meet regional requirements and best practices.
  • Manage employment contracts, support payroll processes, and oversee sick leave and absence management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and understanding of company policies.
  • Help managers with performance management and employee development matters.
  • Contribute to cultural, DEIB, and wellbeing projects to foster an inclusive and positive workplace.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English. Any other European languages will be a welcome addition.
  • Over 2 years of experience in a People or HR role in a global or multinational environment.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices in at least one European country.
  • When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options and find practical solutions.
  • You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.
  • You show empathy and adapt your approach to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
