As an Associate Recruiter working with LeanData, you’ll have an opportunity to shape LeanData’s approach to finding great talent while also hiring the key staff that will scale our company.
You’ll partner closely with our hiring teams to understand and refine the profiles they are recruiting for. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, evaluating resumes, evaluating interviews, and formulating offers.
This position is initially expected to last for three months and will have a prorated salary of approximately $75,000 per year.
It will be based on-site from our Santa Clara, CA office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays each week.
Responsibilities:
Independently lead and manage recruitment searches, working closely with hiring managers to identify top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to drive process improvements and ensure we continue to attract and hire the best candidates.
Provide sourcing support and assist the Senior Recruiter in filling senior and specialized roles.
Serve as the on-site interview host, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.
Build strong partnerships with hiring teams by developing job profiles, designing effective selection processes, and advising on compensation strategies.
Proactively source candidates using databases, networking, referrals, social media platforms, and job postings.
Evaluate candidates through resume screenings and behavioral interview techniques to ensure alignment with role requirements.
Oversee the candidate journey, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience from application to offer.
Requirements:
At least 2-years experience as a recruiter or sourcer at either at an agency or as an in-house recruiter
Bonus points if you have:
Experience of full-cycle recruiting
Experience hiring for SaaS technology companies
