In this vital role, you will be responsible for coordinating the hiring process of qualified behaviour therapists, ensuring all candidates are sourced, screened, and onboarded effectively. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills and have a strong understanding of the behavioral therapy landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process for behaviour therapists from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collect and review candidate documentation and credentials to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist in conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability for behavioral therapy roles.
  • Maintain accurate records of the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to optimize the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish. at least at a level of C1 Advanced
