Description du poste

Au sein de l’équipe Ressources Humaines, composée de 8 personnes à Paris et à Lyon, et rattachée à la DRH France, vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes : 

  • Assurer l’intégration et le suivi RH des salariés : préparation de l’onboarding, suivi de période d'essai, entretiens professionnels, entretiens de offboarding etc. 

  • Participer à certaines étapes de la gestion administrative des collaborateurs : contrats de travail, avenants, déclaration des accidents du travail

  • Assister les responsables opérationnels dans leurs problématiques RH 

  • Accompagner les collaborateurs dans leurs parcours et leurs questions RH au quotidien, si besoin mise en place de plans d’actions RH 

  • Veiller au respect des obligations légales et conventionnelles 

  • Assurer un reporting régulier des activités RH auprès de la direction 

  • Participer à la gestion de projets RH 

  • Participer à des actions de communication interne ou externe

Qualifications

  • Formation type Bac +5 en Ressources Humaines (école de commerce, université)

  • Maîtrise du Pack Office, à l'aise avec les outils digitaux et SIRH  

  • Dynamique et rigoureux(se), vous savez vous adapter rapidement à un nouvel environnement 

  • Vous êtes capable de travailler en équipe et d'identifier les priorités
