Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full-cycle recruitment process and develop creative strategies to attract top talent across our businesses.  If you are an experienced recruiter with a proven track record of finding top talent across a diverse set of domains, we want to hear from you!


What You'll Do:
  • Oversee full cycle hiring, from job scoping and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding, while providing strategic insights on talent trends and pipelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute talent acquisition plans that align with business needs and hiring goals.
  • Explore and implement cutting-edge recruiting methods to identify and engage top-tier professionals.
  • Leverage data and ATS tools to track candidates, refine recruiting strategies, and generate hiring insights.
  • Support hiring teams by facilitating structured debrief sessions, capturing key feedback and providing structured insights to refine hiring decisions.
  • Coordinate interview logistics for both virtual and in-person settings, ensuring a well-organized process and a best-in-class candidate experience.


What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years proven recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth company within trading, tech, agency, or related industry
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging hard-to-find talent in highly competitive markets. 
  • Strong ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders through clear, strategic communication.
  • Proven success in managing multiple searches and hiring for diverse roles across the U.S.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Able to come to the office a minimum of 4 days a week.

All candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.


The total compensation range for this role is approximately $75,000 -$140,000 contingent on experience. Wolverine Trading's total compensation model includes base salary and an annual discretionary bonus.
