Aprio’s Senior Manager of Executive Development leads Aprio’s executive learning strategy, ensuring the firm’s leaders are equipped with the skills and insights needed to drive business success. This role oversees a portfolio of blended executive development opportunities, leveraging industry trends and best practices to enhance program effectiveness. The Senior Manager will also oversee program budgets, track key milestones, and implement robust measurement strategies to assess learning outcomes. Additionally, this role will play a critical part in deploying talent assessments and supporting the firm’s succession management processes.
The Senior Manager of Executive Development role is a strategic and innovative leader with a deep understanding of executive development, leadership assessment, and talent strategy.
