We are currently seeking a temporary, full-time HR Generalist to join our team in Ljubljana.

Start date: 1. 6. 2025
Duration: 1 year (maternity leave replacement)

Your role

As an HR Generalist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our employees and ensuring an excellent workplace experience.

People Care (Employee Relations)

  • Address employee inquiries on policies, benefits, and company practices.
  • Provide guidance on well-being and interpersonal relations.

Talent Management

  • Offer advice on performance improvement and career development.
  • Assist employees based on their development needs.
  • HR Administration and Labor Law
  • Create, maintain, and update employee records with attention to detail.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies.

Onboarding

  • Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Lead new hires through company policies and procedures.

Recruitment

  • Identify, attract, and engage suitable candidates.
  • Oversee the full recruitment process, from job postings to interviews.
  • Assess candidates and communicate with prospective talent.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Knowledge of Slovenian labor legislation and legal practices.
  • People-focused mindset.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and improve HR processes.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
