As an integral part of our team, you will coordinate technical content projects that make a difference across the employee lifecycle. You will be engaging with an array of talented individuals such as engineers, product managers, and UX researchers, all working towards a seamless employee experience. In this exciting role, your responsibilities will revolve around triaging new project requests, developing project plans, and ensuring that communication flows smoothly among stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in monitoring progress, identifying risks, and leading the charge in project meetings. With a minimum of 4 years of project management experience in operations or related fields and a degree in English or Communications, you’ll bring valuable expertise to our collaborative environment. Your ability to work independently, manage content projects, and utilize CMS and analytics tools, like Tableau, will be crucial.
