Now, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Erasmus+ Intern to join us in Berlin. If you’re passionate, committed, and eager to be at the center of recruitment, this is for you!

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting both outbound & inbound recruitment strategies alongside management.
  • Conducting direct candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, and Google X-Ray.
  • Screening candidates to assess their fit for various roles.
  • Managing interview scheduling and logistics with Project & Client Managers.
  • Advising on candidate trends and market insights to optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Taking ownership of the candidate experience, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
  • Learning from an experienced team and contributing to Avomind’s growth.
