We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join a world-class RPO delivery program. This role, within a small yet busy team, is ideal for someone eager to learn about managing an RPO program specifically for Volkswagen Group’s TPS (Trade Parts Specialists). The focus will be on recruiting Part Sales Executives, Warehouse Operatives, Warehouse Managers, Centre Managers, and Sales Managers. We offer excellent training, making this a great next step into a thriving environment.

Qualifications

You may have a background in agency or internal recruitment, and experience in the automotive industry would be advantageous, though not essential. The Recruiter must be able to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines and high volumes of recruitment activity, while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanour.

  • Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills
